Do you ship overseas?
We currently ship exclusively to the United States and Canada. For customers located in Europe, Asia, or other international regions, please visit hkktech.com for global distribution and availability. These products may be subject to ITAR/EAR regulations. No international shipping except where specified.
Is there a MIL / LEO discount?
We offer a 15% discount as a token of our appreciation. To apply:
- Send an email to sales@hkkoptics.com.
- Include a photo of your service ID or email us from your official agency email address.
- Once verified, we will issue a one-time use or permanent discount code for your account.
Is the Lifetime Structural Warranty transferable?
Yes. We believe in the quality of our engineering. The Lifetime Structural Warranty (covering delamination, sagging, and cracking) stays with the optic, not just the original buyer. If you sell your HKK optic, the new owner is still covered. 10-Year Electronics Warranty The internal circuitry and LED/Laser systems are covered against manufacturing defects for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. If the Tri-Fuel system or Shake Awake sensors fail due to a defect, we will repair or replace the unit at no cost to you. (Fully Transferable)
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What is your return policy?
- 30-Day Risk-Free Trial: Try it in your hands. If the clarity and weight don't meet your expectations, return it within 30 days in its original, unmounted condition for a full refund.
- The HKK Performance Guarantee: While standard returns apply to "buyer's remorse," our Lifetime Warrantycovers the core of our tech. If your lens ever delaminates, sags, or cracks under normal use, we will repair or replace it—period.
- Exclusions: Our return policy does not cover damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, intentional abuse, or modifications.
